Our brine is easy to use and produces a quality product with little effort. Do not mix with water! Just coat your fillets with the dry brine and let it sit in the refrigerator. The brine will draw moisture from the fish and make a thick syrup that flavors and prepares your fish for the smoker. The spices are balanced for salmon but will enhance most other types of fish as well. Also works great for Jerky! Watch for additional flavors coming soon.
